Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

- 4 cups diced seedless watermelon
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup water
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 to 2 scoops Sprouts Vanilla Vegan Protein powder optional
- 1/3 cup shredded or desiccated coconut
- Lime wedges for garnish
Into a blender, add 2 of the cups of diced seedless watermelon, 2 frozen bananas, 2 cups frozen strawberries, ½ cup frozen cauliflower, ½ cup frozen mango, ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk, ¼ cup water, juice of ½ lime, and optional protein powder.
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. Add more water or coconut milk to thin, as desired.
Divide into bowls and top evenly with the remaining 2 cups diced watermelon. Sprinkle evenly with the 1/3 cup coconut and lime wedges for garnish.
